Welcome To Third Grade!   My name is Mrs. Outlaw.  I am looking forward to working with you and your child this year.  My goal is to help your child become an active, excited and independent learner.  There will be many new challenges and much will be expected of your child this year.  To make this year a success we must form a partnership and maintain a spirit of cooperation.  I welcome your ideas and your input.
